Shipping Update

Dear WOWBOX family, since the last update we have been getting boxes back to our warehouse from Japan Post and reshipping them out with another shipping method. Unfortunately for USA and Australia it isn't possible at this moment to reship, that is why we will be processing refunds for the April box by the end of the month. For users that haven't gotten their March Box we will also be refunding your order. We apologize for the delays that have been happening as we continue to monitor the situation.

As of now, for the month of May, we have decided that the best solution is to pause subscriptions to all restricted countries. This includes USA and Australia. Subscribers will not be charged for a renewal and will have their plans paused until we are able to continue shipping.

On a positive note, we have been looking for possible shipping solutions. DHL is offering faster shipping methods for a higher price than Japan Post. This may be a possible solution for the month of June. We will consider the pricing and method of delivery for countries under the restricted list, including USA and Australia. We would like to hear your opinion on paying extra for shipping. Please comment bellow.


6/26 UPDATE:
Hello WOWBOX family, thank you so much for your patience. We have finished refunding all the April Box and May Box for the restricted countries as promised. If any of the boxes are still missing and requires a refund please contact us so we can further assist you.

5/26 UPDATE:
Hello WOWBOX family, we want to reassure everyone in the restricted countries that we are currently working on the long list of refund for the April Box. As for May Box refund for the restricted countries, we unfortunately need to post-pone it for the end of next month to keep our finance in balance in order to provide everyone with good services. We really appreciate your understanding as we are doing our best to keep you satisfied during these hard times.

    Thank you for being honest with the situation. I imagine it might take awhile for refunds due to the amount of people you’d have to go through.

    I would also be willing to pay the extra DHL price to receive my box in the US. I haven’t received my March or April boxes and appreciate the refund/excellent communication during this entire situation.     My husband and I totally understand and know this is no fault of your company. We did not receive March or April boxes and in and understand we will be reimbursed for both. We look forward to see what decisions you make on shipping, and look forward to things becoming somewhat normal again. For everyone, please stay safe.
